March 27, 2007 Iowa - Twenty western Iowa fire departments battled an early morning blaze Sunday in downtown Shelby, Iowa. The fire gutted a multistory brick building that housed Hot Shots Photography and a screenprinting business, said Jason Wickizer, emergency medical services coordinator in Shelby County.
