Mr. Menezes was shot eight times at Stockwell Tube station on 22 July 2005 after being tragically mistaken for a suicide bomber, one day after the failed London bombings.
Eleven officers involved in the shooting of Brazilian Jean Charles de Menezes will not face disciplinary action, the police watchdog has said.
