By JIM UTTER The Charlotte Observer In an effort to jump-start performance in both its NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series teams, Morgan-Dollar Motorsports has decided to swap crew chiefs and crews on its No. 85 and No. 46 teams. Veteran Dennis Setzer currently drives the No. 85 Chevrolet, while rookie Kraig Kinser drives the No. 46. Veteran Randy Goss, who won Truck and Busch series titles with driver Greg Biffle, will take over as Setzer's crew chief, beginning with the next race, Aug. 5 at Indianapolis ...
