I only have brief details on this.
A 12-year-old boy has been charged with raping a 23-year-old woman in a car park in the Queensland city of Townsville.
Police allege the woman was attacked as she walked through an inner-city car park yesterday morning. She was allegedly sexually assaulted in a stairwell.
Police arrested the 12-year-old within 30 minutes of the alleged attack. He will appear in the Townsville Children's Court this morning.

I am assuming you heard this news on local media and if so many thanks for posting it here.
I would appreciate it if you would update this story if more details emerge - or delete it if it proves wrong.
I am not sure about Australian law concerning identifying children who are the subject of criminal charges, so I would ask you to refrain from publishing any names contrary to Australian law.
Many thanks !

No other details seem to be reported. Many papers have reported this but no more info than what I have.
And of course, because it involves a minor, I really doubt that anything will come up about the court case in the media except that the boy has been put in detention.
