As one of the NowPublic editors, I’ve flagged your item as Incomplete. Bear in mind that the average reader will not know what Ruby is; cutting and pasting from a non-news blog does not necessarily make a news article! This needs to be fleshed out before it can be considered news rather than a product plug.
