A total of 36 casualties have been confirmed during the oil depot explosions, and more explosions are likely to happen, police said on Sunday.
Police said they were treating as an accident the blasts that began just before 0600 GMT at the Buncefield oil depot near the town of Hemel Hempstead, around 40 km northwest of London.
