Russia launched a space rocket carrying the 15th expedition to the
International Space Station and the 5th space tourist - Microsoft's
co-founder, Charles Simonyi. The space craft was launched at 0.31 UTC
from Baikonu and was expected to release from the carrier module at
0.39 UTC.
