A Night of Reggae Goes Wrong
22-Year Old Stepha Henry Disappears After Attending a Miami Reggae Concert
Stepha Henry, a 22-year old honors graduate of John Jay College of Criminal Justice who is working her way to becoming a lawyer mysteriously disappearaed after leaving Brooklyn to visit a relative in Miami, Florida.
On May 24, 2007, Stepha Henry headed to Florida for relaxation, fun, to see her aunt and celebrate her sister's 16th birthday. After working full time while studying hard for the LSAT (Law School entrance exam), she was looking forward to the Memorial day weekend trip to visit family, see old friends and attend a reggae concert.
She was last seen leaving her aunt's home on the evening of May 29, 2007 with an unknown man (known to Stepha, but to no one else) driving a black sedan, possibly a four-door Acura at about 1:00 a.m. She told her aunt she and an old friend were on their way to a Fort Lauderdale dance club called Club Peppers. Police caught up with the unknown male friend who was last seen with Stepha, however, he alleges they separated at the club, as she had friends there as well and hasn't seen her since. It was time to worry when she did not make her return flight to Brooklyn on May 29.
Family and Friends Certain Something Very Wrong
Authorities, friends and family believe that foul play is involved. Her mother Sylvia stated, "She has never done anything like this. We are very worried. We love her and just want her home."

We went to the same school and we had classes together. Even though not close I still wish that things did not end that way. I hope that God will give strenght to her family.
