A pictures is worth a thousand words. How the Bell Business Model Leaves Much of America Behind

A special report from www.broadbandeverywhere.org

AfricanAmericanOpinion.com recommends every African-American and every American to read this report.

As Preston Gralla noted in his Blog "If you're a minority and you want to get broadband access, don't expect to get it from AT&T and Verizon. A new report finds that both telcos "redline" minority neighborhoods by refusing to install fiber in them, while at the same time aggressively pursuing more affluent, non-minority neighborhoods. The findings come from a report just released by Broadband Everywhere. The report analyzes which towns and populations will get fiber, and which will be left behind. The 25-page report presents a stark picture of who will get broadband services of the future -- and to a great extent, it won't be African Americans or Hispanics".
