A priest suspended a divinis for heresy by Mons Burke?

Father Selvester at Shouts in the Piazza posts an unconfirmed report that Archbishop Burke has suspended one of his priests for heresy.  "Apparently, the man wrote (or co-authored) a book that ultimately denies the existence of the human soul".  Presuming that the report is true and that Mons Burke gave the priest ample warning and time to recant (does the Code prescribe the steps involved? I have no idea), bravissimo, Archbishop Burke!
