The two newspapers in Edmonton, the Journal and the Sun put a different spin on the police stories arising from the Stanley Cup riots on Whyte Ave. What is so glaring is that they are two solitudes, one showing the best of times and one the worst.

interesting how when all the details such as the name of the young woman who was assaulted by the police(Kristin Wilson) and her injuries(2 broken teeth, concussion, swollen lip and the usual lacerations that are consistant with someone being hit in the head and pushed to the ground while your hands are cuffed behind you all of a sudden result in this incident and all traces of it being removed from the websites. Well Kristin if you can read this all I can hope for is they paid a steep price for your silence God knows you couldve held out for at least a million..and please remember..this same pathetic excuse of a "police" as well as a "man" will do the same thing again..only next time he'll make sure there are no witnesses around
