The 28th annual Adams Morgan Day Festival attracted thousands of visitors yesterday, lured by a variety of food, music and the late-summer sun."It's a great day and a great crowd," said Metropolitan Police Department Officer Carolyn Todaro, 25. "It looks like everybody is happy."
