Assignment 3. Agriculture.The corn is high, and outside of harvest, now is the perfect time to get some images from the garden or the farm. it's such an important part of our lives, but something many of us are so removed from.

10 US states are estimated to count marijuana as their #1 cash crop (AL, CA, CT, HI, KY, ME, RI, TN, VA, WV).

39 US states count marijuana in their top 5 cash crops, including the aforementioned 10. (No data was available from NORML for Alaska, but I'm betting it's #1, it not being a major agricultural state otherwise.)

Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Texas and Wisconsin can count it as their #6 cash crop.

It's #7 in New Jersey, #8 in Wyoming and #9 in Nebraska and South Dakota.

North Dakota is the only US state that does not include marijuana in its top 10 cash crops.

Put simply, if the "War on Drugs" ever actually suceeded, the impact on our nation's economy would not be pretty.
