This leak proves one of two things: either Iran's intelligence agencies or sympathetic elements within the Iranian government really are working covertly with the Iraqi resistance to destabilise the American presence, or that the Iranian elements I mentioned are really working with the Americans and Al-Qaeda on that basis wants them to cease or face their aggression.

Or, this could simply be another CIA black propaganda campaign like the other failed intelligence capers Bush has asked his dogs to fabricate in order to provide an excuse to abusing Arabs. Then again, the Bush administartion could be trying to play on ethnic/racial issues between the two. Again. - The Angryindian
