The baseball players with the most career home runs in MLB history

Hank Aaron - 755 Home Runs
Career: 1954 - 1976

Winner of one MLB World Series ring with the Milwaukee Braves in 1957, three-time Gold Glove winner and Hall-of-Famer Henry "Hank" Aaron is the current Career Home Run Leader.

Barry Bonds - 745 Home Runs *
Career: 1986 - Present
Teams: Pittsburgh, San Francisco
Bonds holds the single-season home run record of seventy three, set in 2001, and also holds records for the best single season slugging percentage by a player, and the most career walks.

Babe Ruth - 714 Home Runs

Jordan,

Perhaps you're not a baseball fan.

Every other day Barry Bonds inches one homer closer to Hank Aaron, thus the continual updates to this listing.

(We are also watching Sammy and Junior - active players in the all-time top ten list).

Thank you for your comment.

Have a great day.
