This is not a good example of America's gun jurisprudence does it?  Will these folks end up in a CIA torture prison?

From Intelligentaindigena Novajoservo:

Americans with weapons cache netted in German terror raid | Press Esc: "German police yesterday arrested a United Station national employed by the US Army, and recovered a large cache of weapons during a terror raid in Frankfurt, after the man's sister was caught smuggling a semi-automatic weapon into Germany at the Frankfurt airport."

German police yesterday arrested
a United Station national employed by the US Army, and recovered a
large cache of weapons during a terror raid in Frankfurt, after the
man's sister was caught smuggling a semi-automatic weapon into Germany
at the Frankfurt airport.

The police seized four semi-automatic weapons, 17 pistols and 1875
rounds of ammunition during the sweep of the 42-year-old American's
home.

His 52-year-old sister had earlier attempted to smuggle a
semi-automatic weapon with 40 rounds of ammunition when a suspicious
baggage handler notified the custom officials who apprehended the woman.

"None of the weapons were legal," an officer who took part in the raid said.
