HONG KONG (Reuters) - The
World Trade Organization (WTO) meeting in Hong Kong may hold promises of more free trade and better livelihoods for millions, but for some the outcome is a matter of life and death.

HIV two years ago but has been unable to get access to life-prolonging anti-retroviral (ARV) drugs.
