UPDATE: gryphon has just posted a story about Diana crash photos (the same as in this doc?) being published on an official website by the coroner conducting the inquest into Diana's death.
A Channel 4 Documentary set to air on the 10th anniversary of the death of Princess Diana in August has drawn criticism from England's Conservative Party, who argues that the sensationalism of the images trumps any informative value they might have. In the past, many media sources have claimed to have or have published images from within the Paris tunnel where Diana died, but this is the first public broadcaster prepared to share such images. The Conservatives have called for cancellation of the program; there has been no official statement issued by the Royal Family.
Media said the documentary would include images of the princess's last moments, including a picture of her receiving oxygen from a French doctor, although with her face blanked out.Such pictures have not been shown in Britain before but last year Italian magazine Chi published photographs of Diana dying, provoking a rare highly-critical statement from her sons.
Channel 4 told the BBC the show would feature images taken by French photographers who were at the scene but would not include pictures that identified Diana or any other victim.
"We acknowledge that there is great public sensitivity surrounding pictures of the victims and these have not been included," the broadcaster said.

The story of this tragic accident makes me feel extremely sad. To
think that this wonderful woman who brought so much happiness to millions has died at
such a young age. After 10 years we still love and miss you.

Kaitlin, I like this story. It's good stuff. I need to see these photos,and I don't know why.Her death left a huge hole in our lives,we would never see her grow as a woman,wife and mother,see her happy ending come true(but not,ithink, with Dodi).And,grow to be the permanent spectre at the feast of Charles and that other old woman.
