Another senseless act

Another school, another shooting. This time, my alma mater Northern Illinois University. This is the Holmes Student Center, just steps from Cole Hall where today's shootings reportedly took place. I spent many hours in these very buildings. Will we all have to endure connection to insanity and the tainting of better times? Our thoughts are with all involved...
