NORTON, Associated Press Writer 11 minutes ago SAN FRANCISCO - Joe Rosenthal, The Associated Press photographer who won a Pulitzer Prize for his immortal image of World War II servicemen raising an American flag over battle-scarred Iwo Jima, has died.
