(CBS) CHICAGO In the fashion industry, thin has always been in, but never like now.

Doctors in the Chicago area are trying to get the word out that there is such a thing as too skinny, and that includes fashion models.

CBS 2's Derrick Blakley reports those physicians are recommending new guidelines aimed at making big changes on the catwalks.

The prominence of super-skinny models like Kate Moss and celebrities like Nicole Richie have some wondering: How thin is too thin?

The Northbrook-based Academy of Eating Disorders will on Wednesday unveil suggested guidelines for healthy models.

Among the guidelines is a ban on models under age 16, to reduce pressure on teen girls to be thin.
