Art Bell Retires from Coast to Coast Radio

Art Bell announced last night that he is retiring from his popular Coast to Coast radio show.

He acknowledged that his listeners, roughly 10 million, have heard this before as he has retired on more than one previous occasion.  But, he explained, this time it was not for some tragedy
or emergency but for a happier reason. Married a
little over a year ago to Airyn (Ruiz) Bell, almost
40 years his junior -- he re-married a few months after his wife Ramona died -- a daughter Asian Rayne Bell was born just a
few weeks ago. Sounding emotional at times during the announcement, Bell said, “I really want what time the Lord has left for me to be with them."
