AT&T, Yahoo offer Web-based photo service

AT&T Inc. on Thursday launched a Web-based photo-sharing service offered in conjunction with Yahoo Inc.

San Antonio, Texas-based AT&T (NYSE: T) and Sunnyvale-based Yahoo (NASDAQ: YHOO) said the service will allow labeling of photos for easy viewing and online "playlists" of photos, and incorporates other Yahoo services such as e-mail and Instant Messenger.
