I love what flamingos represent in the same way I am an athiest that "believes" in luck.There's always a part of people that wants to have something nice and not dirty or used or scratched or alive. There is a place for the plastic in our lives, otherwise I don't suppose they'd be so very sucessful. The Keys give me that feeling in the actual Florida, but if you look closely, the brightly painted signs have been battered by summer storms so they're cracked and worn and faded up front.A pink plastic flamingo is a thing that should not be, yet there it is.
