The Vancouver Art Gallery is retooling part of a controversial exhibit that puts together living insects and reptiles as a representation of society.The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) had objected to part of an exhibit by Chinese-born artist Huang Yong Ping.

bicyclette, I like this story. It's good stuff. Especially considering that the information on the subject matter is sketchy.
The Art Gallery sent the release out to their membership the DAY AFTER the items of concern were removed thus making it difficult for the general public to form a general opinion.
