Baby's Life in Danger in Gulfport: Urgent Plea for Help

I have a family member with a 1 year old daughter stuck in Gulfport. He has high blood pressure and is out of medicine and the baby hasn't been able to keep food down for at least 4 days. I haven't heard from them since the night before last. They were short on water with no gas and he was suffering with a severe headache. I can't get a good number on EMS services in the area. The house is off of I-49 just pass Pat Peck Honda.
