About SFHomeless

Welcome to our NowPublic account.

HOW WE USE THIS AWESOME NowPublic WEB SITE:

Our group (The SFHomeless Yahoo! Group) uses this site to publicly expose any person, place or thing that causes abuse, neglect or harm to the elderly, the mentally ill, the veterans, the disabled, the poor and the homeless residents of San Francisco, California .

We also serve to protect the good and honest staff and management of city agencies and providers of homeless and housing related services we encounter in the course of our advocacy.

WE ACCEPT TIPS, STORIES, PHOTOS FROM ALL KINDS OF PEOPLE...

We forward tips and registered complaints about any city agency, public servant, non-profit or corporate entity that provide services or has an impact on our community.

HOW OUR GROUP WAS STARTED. WHO RUNS THIS GROUP ?

Our group was formed and is maintained by homeless and formerly homeless residents of our community. We believe in forming opinions about individuals and stay away from 'group mentalities' meaning that we do not believe that the members of any particular 'group' are all the same. There is good and bad in every 'group', in every agency and on every street corner.

WE NETWORK WITH GOOD PEOPLE EVERYWHERE !

WE EXPOSE BAD PEOPLE ANYWHERE !

We are here to bond with the good people wherever we find them and work to expose the bad acts of those that lie, cheat, steal and abuse our community's trust.

We accept tips, photos, videos, stories and leads from the homeless community, interested residents and even from staff and management of our city's homeless shelters, resource centers and city workers and residents of all kinds, from all walks of life.

GOOD PEOPLE + TRANSPARENT HONEST GOVERNMENT = MORE RESOURCES, LESS TAX MONEY WASTED

We believe in a transparent government of substance and integrity working with residents and community groups to expose corruption, neglect, abuse and waster of tax dollars and resources, in the public interest.

THE SUN NEVER SETS ON OUR GOOD WORKS. WE HATE LIARS, CHEATERS AND THIEVES !

San Francisco's new 'call centers' have received more than 1,000,000 calls and complaints in less than a year, now. That tells us that there is a lot of work to do here, to put an end to poorly managed services and programs that just are not being managed right. We spend a lot of money on a lot of things with not very good public or governmental oversight.

We shall not rest until we rid our City of years and years worth of corruption, favoritism and nepotism that has caused great suffering and division in our once harmonious and strongly united City.

To that end, we shall hold our local, state and national government servants and hold each other full accountable for how we treat each other.

JUDGE OUR CITY'S WORTH BY MEASURING HOW WELL WE TREAT THE LEAST OF US...

We are especially dedicated to the most down trodden and abused members of our society. We shall do whatever it takes to serve and protect them in order to improve the quality of life of all of our City's residents and guests.

KEEP ON SENDING US YOUR TIPS, LEADS, PHOTOS AND STORIES...

If you have any tips, comments or leads about housing programs, homeless shelters or anything that impacts our residents on the streets, living in their cars or in parks or SRO's (single room occupancies with shared baths and no adequate kitchen space, etc.) please feel free to submit your materials to us with or without your name on it (to protect your identity).

Thanks for stopping by. Hope to see you all again, real soon !
