Bandwidth Limit Exceeded - Travelers do care!

It fell at the end of the story titled Airline Quality Rating reports: http://www.aqr.aero where there was talk of the state of US Air Travel and the pains we feel as travelers. Should the Airlines and US Government view this "bandwidth limit exceeded" as proof the need for change?
