At least 17 people were drowned and 20 missing as a passenger ferry sank in Bay of Benga near Bangladesh's southeastern Chittagong Thursday noon amid rough weather.Official and local sources said the ferry, sailing with around 70 people, capsized at about 12:30 pm.
