Bank on a cold Christmas

Peter Geigen-Miller on London Free Press, writes, "The deep freeze is quickly releasing its
grip on the London region, but more cold weather is promised for the
Christmas weekend. The cold air mass that hammered London on Sunday
dropped the temperature to a bone-numbing -22 C by 8 a.m. yesterday."
