TruemorsUsually, the cement platform is a sign that a bar is going in next store, in this case on a grassy "vacant" lot that has been repeatedly squatted. Then came the pillars. Then came some roofing frame and a little roofing. Then...nothing. Today it is just a cloth-drying spot for other squatters. The bar-goers wait...or they go to the bar 15 meters away.
