Beach Residents Displaced By Building Black Out

MIAMI BEACH More than two dozen families had to find another place to stay at on Wednesday after the electricity to their Miami Beach apartments was cut off.

According to City of Miami Beach officials, someone physically cut the power line that connects the electricity to the building located at 2000 Liberty Avenue in South Beach. Because of this, a man was transported to a local hospital after falling down a stairwell in the dark.
