Arcs and sparks! Lights and sounds and action! Historic equipment and cultural artifacts, unusual instruments and scientific apparatus, rare books and periodicals and old-time radio programs that once kept our nation in touch all day and into the night. We have an electrifying experience to share here in Bellingham, Washington, where the American Museum of Radio and Electricity links the scientific exploration of the phenomenon called “electricity” with the development of radio into its Golden Age. Compelling, interactive exhibits spanning three centuries of scientific achievement and cultural heritage feature a world-class collection of unique objects—and our exciting education programs bring their stories alive.

This museum is one of Bellingahm's hidden gems. There is everything here from Alexander Graham Bell's first light bulbs, to Morse's beginning "Morse Keys" to unparalled enthusiasm from it's supporters
