Beyonce's De Ja Vu Music Video "underwhelming" says Fans

Beyonce
fans are disappointed, confused, and some are just downright angry
about her latest music video, "Deja Vu"



Several thousand fans have banded together on petitiononline.com to
request a "Deja Vu" re-shoot, because, amongst other things, they feel that the popular
music video is an "underwhelming representation" of the
singer's natural abilities.



According to the document, fans are asking that the re-worked version
include more "choreographed & less spontaneous dancing",
"clearer visual themes that relate to the lyrics of the song,"
"less gyrating," and "less scenes of non-existant sexual chemistry between Beyonce and Jay-Z."



Fans also would like to see a producer who is "more acclimated
to urban themes and imagery in music videos" to replace the video's
credited producer, Sophie Mueller.



"Deja Vu" is the first single from Beyonce's highly anticipated
"B'Day" album, which drops September 4th. As of this writing
the petition has received 4228 total signatures.
