The United Nations cycle of corruption continues. As the troubled  organization, still reeling from the oil for food scandal endures another black eye. One wonders how many more insiders are breaking U.S. and International laws. Maybe it is time to clean house.

A United Nations employee was arrested Monday on charges that he and two others used U.N. letterhead to gain permission for foreigners to enter the country illegally, prosecutors announced.

Vyacheslav Manokhin, a U.N. employee based in Manhattan, was accused of helping numerous non-U.S. citizens enter the country illegally by providing fraudulent documents so they could obtain visas to attend conferences that either did not exist or which they did not attend.

Is it the United Nations that should be condemned, or some of the people working for it?

Similarly, because some U.S. Senators are corrupt, is the institution of the Senate corrupt, or only some of its members?
