Bill Clinton Lauds Tsunami Relief Efforts

Bill Clinton, who is the United Nations Special Envoy for Tsunami Recovery, visited some of the Tsunami affected hamlets in TamilNadu. He lauded the efforts undertaken and was impressed with the speedy recovery process.
