Orange County is the place to be this weekend for World of Warcraft enthusiasts. The sold-out two-day convention features tournament play, new expansion-pack demos, and Q&A with developers. Also, fans of the game can meet each other face to face. However, unlike in the game environment, convention attendees wear nametags around their necks, rather than have their monikers float along beside them in midair.
But for some, the best
thing about BlizzCon was the atmosphere of being in a huge crowd of
fellow gamers. "If you can carry on a conversation with a complete
stranger that consists almost entirely of 'Whoa, dude, bam!' then you
know you're in the right place. It feels great to be here, with a ton
of people who all share the same passion. You just have this total
connection with everyone here."

(I've never played Warcraft or Starcraft, but used to work with some guys who couldn't get enough of it)

Anybody know where the World of Warcraft European servers are located? Someone said they are all in Britain but I am not sure. Would they have some in Germany, some in Finland etc?
I am trying to do a business plan for my own massive multiplayer game and was wonder how they spread out the resources.
