Boat Fire Leaves Owner Badly Burned

April 18, 2007 Florida - A man was airlifted to a Tampa hospital after suffering severe burns in a boat fire Monday morning. Just after 11:33 a.m., East Manatee Fire Rescue and the Bradenton Fire Department responded to the boat fire, in the 4700 block of Spinnaker Drive, in the Inlets subdivision. East Manatee Battalion Chief Stacey Bailey said the 33-foot Sea Ray boat was fully engulfed in flames.
