A Boy Found Tied Up Inside of Hot Vehicle in Ringgold, GA.

June 13th a 6 year-old boy was found tied up, drenched in sweat, and crying inside a hot vehicle in a Cracker Barrel's parking lot in Ringgold, Georgia. The couple says that the boy misbehaved, but patrons at the restaurant were confused saying that the boy was acting fine, and there wasn't a reason for the boy to be "punished."

The boy was found after an employee at Cracker Barrel was suspicious seeing Raymond Minchew take the boy outside, return without him, and finish his meal with the boy's mother. The boy was suspected to be tied up in the car for 30 minutes. Temperature in Ringgold, GA that day? In the 80's. In a closed space sitting in the sun? Very hot. Police found a handgun in the car, and the couple was charged with cruelty to children and concealing a weapon. The boy has been placed in protective custody.

30 minutes in a car trunk in the summer, it's a wonder the kid's still alive. Thanks for posting this horrible story.

I know, it's horrible! I really wonder hy they did that. It doesn't make sense.

I also want to know who the guy is.

The orginal story says he's in his 60's and the boys mother is in her early 30's, so I'm a little suspicious
