TruemorsA new bridge no spans the gap between Blacksburg and Gaffney in Cherokee County crossing the Broad River. This is a look at the old and new side by side before the old steel bridge was destroyed. It will be missed by those who have lived there for a long time. The new bridge is now called the James D. Batchler Bridge.
