YOUNG film makers in Northampton and the East African state of Tanzania will be linking up with the hope of discovering similarities and differences between their lives.

The project has been launched by Pixel Shift Productions, a film company based in Derngate, in partnership with the Royal and Derngate's Youth Theatre.

About 30 members of the group will be in charge of making a film documenting their lives, as well as video diaries and weblogs of the production process, while their counterparts in Tanzania will do the same.[/q]
