Britney attacks photographer with brolly

Britney Spears attacked a photographer with an umbrella before checking into rehab for a third time.

The Toxic singer went berserk outside the home of estranged husband Kevin Federline, who refused to let the 25-year-old see her children in her current state.

Spears took her frustrations out on a snapper who had followed her to the house, hitting him with a brolly, before giving the same treatment to a silver car parked in the street.

Following the incident, Britney's mother Lynne took the star back to the Promises rehab centre in Malibu, which she had walked out of 24 hours earlier.
