President Bush's bad week seems to be continuing.
WASHINGTON - A high ranking Bush appointee in the U.S. Defense Department is under investigation for alleged mismanagement and sexual harassment.

A department spokesman said Deputy Undersecretary of Defense Paul Brinkley, a former Silicon Valley executive who currently heads an economic task force in Baghdad, is being accused by Defense Department investigators of mismanaging government money, public drunkenness and sexual harassment, the Los Angeles Times reported Monday.

The allegations originate from a 12-page memo authored by two former members of Brinkley's task force. Bob Love, director of operations for the task force, said the authors were dismissed from the task force before they created the memo.
