I just found amazing photos of the open house on 11 Spring from this weekend. I'd love to hear what you thought of the exhibition. Please comment below.

A 19th-century brick building at 11 Spring Street in NoLIta has been sold and will be gutted soon to make way for a brand new condo development. What makes this building special is that it is covered by colourful and stunning street art, both inside and out. For the last 2 months, 45 artists have been working and painting to pay tribute to this special building that has been their canvass for so long. Woostercollective has been behind the organizing of this project. An open house starts tomorrow and runs until Monday to showcase the street art. Then it disappears, behind the concrete and drywall of the new development.

View slideshow here.

The building'€™s doors will be unlocked tomorrow for an open house that
will continue through Sunday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. On Monday
work will begin that will eventually seal most of the interior artwork
behind pipes, wires and drywall.

We actually don't have a flag "Extremely Interesting" but this is the best I can do.

At NowPublic, this is high praise from NowPublic editors! Your story is now on the home page for awhile, and everywhere else the “good stuff” box shows up. Many thanks for your great work.
