Cameron plan to tackle rape conviction rate. David Cameron today will announce a major Conservative review of rape laws. In 2001 Stuart Lubbock was found at entertainer Michael Barrymore's home in Roydon Essex. Stuart had suffered horrific internal injuries, serious sexual assault. Stuart father, Terry Lubbock, has maintained a campaign to get to the truth & has recently asked the Attorney General for a NEW CORONERS inquest. Terry Lubbock sdaid: "My son Stuart was 'RAPED' in Roydon, that has only now been established as a fact." No one todate has been charged with any offence in connection with Stuart's case.
