Campus Views: The clouded vision of Campus 2020

Did you catch the clever double entendre? “Campus 2020” suggests a clear future, bright and beautiful. The press release is full of phrases like “new approaches”, and “a learning landscape that is as rich and diverse as this province.” None of that means anything. I’ve worked hard to parse this release into a road map for this self-described “major initiative”, and I can only pull two direct conclusions out.
