(Angus Reid Global Scan) – Canadians are divided on which of the four main federal political parties is performing better, according to a poll by The Strategic Counsel released by CTV and the Globe and Mail. 25 per cent of respondents believe Paul Martin and the Liberals are running the best campaign.
