Canadian airport security measures may be here to stay

Stringent security measures that are now in place in Canada's airports will remain until the threat of terrorism no longer exists.

Jaques Duchesneau, CEO of the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority said the original 48 to 72-hour timeframe for the new security restrictions may be extended.
