The cause of vaginal discharge often is by vaginitis. Vaginitis is inflammation of the vagina often by bacteria or fungal infection. The most frequently pathogen associated with this condition is trichomoniasis, Gardnerella vaginalis (bacterial vaginosis) or Candida Albicans. Woman can have several symptoms when presenting this discharge like vaginal itching, irritation, burning,pain and a vaginal odor.
