Las Vegas, or Sin
City as it is commonly referred to, bills itself as the "Entertainment
Capital of the World", so it should come as no surprise that an Ex-Porn
star, Melody
"Mimi" Demayo (Republican), and female body-building dominatrix,
Leola "Muscles"
McConnellis (Democrat), are running for state governor.



The quote on Mimi Demayo's campaign website is classic:



"Government, don't tell us what to do! Excessive taxation by politicians
should be a crime. Yes, I'm very Republican".



And if that inspiring quote isn't persuasive enough, maybe the former
porn queen's "Pajama Party fundraiser" will convince
you

to throw money (and votes) the Republican's way.



The other candidate, Leola "Muscles" McConnellis, chooses to
take a more direct approach. The strong-willed liberal firmly vows to
do "Whatever It Takes" to stop the Bushification
of Nevada.



And if "Muscles" says so, believe it!



All we need now is former Public Enemy frontman Flavor Flav announcing
his candidacy for New York City governor. Flav could ride the increasingly
popular Politics is a Joke platform.
